FARM TO FIERCE

 We have been working on this for awhile. Just in time for the cool spring weather, we begin this new phase of our growth, during this time of transformation and rebirth for the farm. 

What you eat is just one part of the sometimes complicated health and wellness equation. Movement is another BIG piece,  but it doesn't mean the purchase of a  expensive gym membership. Yoga, dancing, aerobics, and even gardening,  helps with balance and  builds stronger muscles,and  bones.

Studies have show that the great outdoors also helps with relaxation, stress management, and creativity. And what better place to move ,then on the very farm that grows your food.

So this year, we are going to have speakers to help you move more, safely,  and get your FIERCE back-whatever that means to you.

In every season, you can grow. Stronger and healthier.
